Clinic Policy
At SETÁREH teeth whitening studio, we commit ourselves to providing efficient teeth whitening services to all of our clients to empower them on their confidence and smile journey. We pride ourselves on the delivery of our services with customer service and results at the core of our offerings. Each individualised experience with us encompasses professionalism, sharing our passion for aesthetics and providing the utmost care from the privacy of our clinic.
Booking Policy.
All new clients are required to book an initial consultation, prior to any treatment performed. No show policies apply for all bookings, the client will be charged a no show fee of $50.00. The initial appointment will include an oral examination consultation. If it is safe to proceed, treatment may be performed. This is dependent to the clinicians’ discretion. Please allow 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy.
We value your appointment time and understand that life does not always work out as planned. However, we do require at least 24 - 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If notice is not given there will unfortunately be a $50 no-show fee that applies.
Appointment Confirmation.
A confirmation message will be sent via text message at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm this appointment by responding to the message or call us to re-schedule, otherwise we regret there may be a cancellation fee that applies.
Arrival Times.
For all appointments please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment and if you are running late please kindly let us know.
If you are running late the clinic reserves the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure that our clinician is not late for their following appointment.
Saturday Appointment Policy.
Due to popular demand for our Saturday appointments we require a pre-paid charge totalling to 50% of your appointment total. This charge can be paid over the phone or in the clinic prior to your appointment. The deposit is transferrable to rescheduled appointments, however, please try to inform us at least 48 hours’ prior. Unfortunately, deposit will be forfeited for no-shows.
Health/Medication Complications.
If you have any health complications, are pregnant or are taking any medication please inform us as soon as possible, as it may interfere with treatment. If you feel any discomfort during or after treatment, please make your clinician aware immediately. Any information expressed to us will be kept private.
Payment Policy.
We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash. We do not accept American express or Diners Cards. All appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day as we do not offer accounts.
Afterpay is available.
Refund Policy.
Teeth whitening treatment is 100% money back guaranteed if our client is unhappy with results.
We do not refund product purchases for change of mind.
