1. Brush your teeth as normal

2. Remove the cap from pen, hold the pen so the bristles point down & twist the base until a droplet of gel forms on the tip of the brush

3. Smile wide! Apply a think layer of gel onto each visible tooth

4. Hold your smile for 30 seconds to allow the gel to set & activate

5. Rinse after 15-20 minutes!

   Use up to twice per day for the first 7 days, then apply 1-2 times a week for maintenance.
